Digital Transformation requires an organisation-wide approach to project management. A standardised approach to delivering change supported by a centralised repository of guidance, reporting tools and business intelligence is often owned by a project management office (PMO), but this can mostly be hosted digitally on the organisation’s intranet as a ‘PMO portal’.
Channels need to exist for escalating conflicts between projects/stakeholders when required, and a change-control process can achieve this with the appropriate governance in place to enforce it.
